We are creating a center that will be a hub for Urban Ecological Research. We are the State University of Los Angeles, and will leverage our city’s global brand to attract researchers for (1) summits, (2) workshops, and (3) conferences.

Summits: Bringing together partners in academia, NGOs, and public agencies for the development of research centered on themes (e.g., Climate Resilient Cities)

Workshops: We will host research workshops, with themes decided via a proposal process, for research teams to tackle pressing questions
