The duties of the University Registrar's Office includes:
- maintaining the academic records of all Cal State LA students
- issuing official transcripts, diplomas and other reports of those records
- registering students in classes
- tracking enrollment
- preparing and publishing class and examination schedules and calendars

What they do:
The Office of Enrollment Management Technology (EMT) is the centralized information technology unit for Enrollment Services. We are the first-line information technology support for the departments within Enrollment Services. Enrollment Management technology implements its goals and objectives to support Cal State LA’s mission, vision, and values.
