Residency Recap: Anthony Joseph, Los Angeles, April 2005 (from the British Council USA)

In 2004 the British Council chose two American universities--Cal State L.A. in the West and Georgetown University in the East—to host this pilot program. Cal State L.A. now hosts the longest running site of this  annual residency in the nation. Showcasing the finest in contemporary British writing and culture, this high impact program serves a growing audience on campus and in the region with added new partners The National Endowment for the Arts and The Huntington Library, Art Collections and Botanical Gardens.

For more information about the British Council's UK Writer-in-Residence Program, see their website.
