The Rape Aggression Defense (R.A.D.) System is a program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. It is a comprehensive, women-only course, which begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and risk avoidance, as well as the basics of hands-on defense training. R.A.D. is not a Martial Arts program. The courses are taught by nationally certified R.A.D. Instructors and provide each student with a workbook/reference manual. The course includes lecture, discussion, and self-defense techniques, suitable for women of all ages and abilities. The basic physical defense program consists of four sessions lasting three hours each, for a total of twelve hours of instruction including a dynamic simulation. Please note that girls under the age of 13 may not participate due to adult-themed subject matter.

If you are able to attend all four classes and are interested in participating, please sign-up below
