The 2014-2015 PCCLAS annual conference will take place on February 21-22, 2015 at the California State University in Los Angeles, California. This year, the conference will focus on
the relationships between Latin America and the world. In an increasingly globalized world, PCCLAS invites scholars to look at Latin America as a dynamic space of exchange and
encounter of people, commodities, and ideas. PCCLAS invites panel and papers proposals from scholars and students from all disciplines and topics related to Latin American Studies, but
proposals that clearly address the conference’s theme are given priority in the program.
