October 21, 2024Winter Session advising and enrollment validation for Cal State LA continuing students.
November 1, 2024Payment fee begins for continuing/matriculated students.
November 1, 2024Winter Session parking permits on sale.
November 4, 2024Winter Session GET registration begins for Cal State LA continuing students.
December 2, 2024Winter Session registration begins for non-matriculated students.
December 25, 2024 - January 1, 2025University is closed.
January 2, 2025Winter Session begins.
January 2, 2025Winter Session late registration and program adjustment for all students. For non-matriculated students, the instructor's signature is not required on registration form to add. THIS DAY ONLY.
January 2, 2025Winter Session add and no-drop deadline.
January 2, 2025Last day to drop all classes for 100% refund (continuing and non-matriculated students).
January 3 - 15, 2025Withdraw period; assign "W" grade (Not eligible for refund on January 9.)
January 7, 2025Winter Session Census
January 8, 2025Deadline to withdraw from classes for 65% prorated refund; assign "W" grade. NO REFUNDS ON JANUARY 9.
January 16 - 17, 2025Emergency withdrawal period (extenuating circumstances only; requires instructor and PaGE dean signatures).
January 18, 2025Last day of instruction (Grade roster opens 1/16/25).
January 18, 2025Winter Session final exams; last day of class instruction.
January 21, 2025Spring Semester begins.
January 22, 2025Winter Session instructors' grades due.
