One Card

Student

1. Be a currently matriculated student of Cal State LA and enrolled in classes for the current term.
2. Read and sign the One Card Terms and Conditions (available in the office). Please be sure to use your Cal State LA email address when submitting the electronic application.
3. Pay the $5.00 fee (for new and replacement cards) online at Transact Payment (No service fee if paying by savings or checking bank account; a 2.65% convenience fee if paying by credit card).
4. Present your signed One Card Terms and Conditions form and proof of payment.
5. A valid photo identification: California Driver's License, California ID, or any other form of Photo ID.

Faculty/Staff

1. Bring your temporary Faculty or Staff ID card to show proof of status.
2. Read and sign the One Card Terms and Conditions (available in the office or online). Please use your Cal State LA email address when submitting the electronic application.
3. The first ID for faculty and staff members is free, and replacement is $5.00.
4. A valid photo identification: California Drive License, California ID, or any other form of Photo ID.
