What are Eagle Dollars?
Eagle dollars' is your declining balance account that functions much like a regular bank debit account. Students (or parents) may simply deposit money into their Golden Eagle One Card to make on-campus purchases. You can add value to your One Card at any PHIL machines located throughout campus or online. Click here for location and instructions.
Where can I use my Eagle dollars deposit?
- Library
- Printing and Copying Services
- Campus Bookstore
- Starbucks
- Food services (El Pollo Loco, Carl's Jr, Sbarro, JuiceItUp, University Club and EveryTable)
Online Deposit
1. Log in to MyCalStateLA and select Transact Payments.
2. Scroll down and select "Would you like to add money to your Golden Eagle One Card?" Please note the maximum amount to deposit is $50 per day.
View Balance and Transaction History
You can view your Eagle dollars account balance on SAM (Student Account Management). Log in using your Cal State LA email and password.
Refund Request
Contact the Golden Eagle One Card Office no later than 30 days after an error has occurred. Investigation of the error(s) requires no more than 10 business days. Any credits due to refunds/returns shall be deposited back to the Eagle Dollars account. Click here to fill out an Error Resolution Form.
