Use this form to request the reversal of the $25.00 late payment fee. A late payment fee is charged to students who do not have any financial aid awards (grants, scholarships, or accepted loans), have not set up a payment plan, and have not paid the term's tuition and fees by the publish deadline. Late payment fee reversal will be considered if a student's financial aid award posted late or an exceptional circumstance occurred.
