Student Laboratory Safety Training

All Cal State LA students who are enrolled in a laboratory course must complete the minimum laboratory safety training. If working with additional hazards, your instructor will provide you with courses that are listed under "Additional Safety Training." If you have questions or need help, please reach out to RMEHS.

Accessing Training

Please ensure that you are logged into Student Learning Bridge using your MyCalStateLA before you select any of the associated training hyperlinks.  Once you are logged simply select the desired training link, the link should take you directly to the course selected.

If the link DOES NOT work properly, the "Course Codes" are provided to search using the search function on the Student Learning Bridge homepage.

Additional Safety Training

The following safety training information is in addition to the required minimum laboratory safety training. The additional safety training is based on the additional hazards on the laboratory Hazard Assessment using our Risk and Safety Solutions (RSS) platform. Your instructor will let you know if there is additional safety training you must complete.
