Degree and Certificate Programs

The Department of Asian and Asian American Studies offers an interdisciplinary Bachelor of Arts degree program and two minors that examine Asian and Asian American communities within the context of history, culture, politics, racial formation, and social justice.

In support of K-12 teachers, the Department teaches courses in the Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Ethnic Studies Pedagogies. The Certificate is offered by the College of Ethnic Studies.

The Asian and Asian American Studies B.A. degree program examines Asian and Asian American communities within the context of history, culture, politics, racial formation, and social justice. Explore the B.A. program.
