Why is the Project Necessary? | The project is necessary to remove the flooring and wall plaster that was damaged by the rainwater. While SERVPRO working, Terra Environmental will be on site, monitoring abatement and completion. Upon completion, Terra Environmental will provide clearance testing and reporting. |

SERVPRO's Scope of Work
- Set proper containment and engineering controls.
- Remove window treatments and protect with plastic.
- Remove the impacted plaster wall. (negative for asbestos).
- Remove 9x9 VCT flooring and adhesive (positive for asbestos).
- Prepare the area for post-asbestos clearance testing (by others).
- South Coast AQMD 10-day notification fee.
- Door casing and jambs lead-based paint RRP.
