What are Eagle Dollars?

Eagle dollars are a prepaid declining balance account linked to your Golden Eagle One Card. They function like a debit account—just load funds onto your card, and you're ready to make purchases. 

Students and guests can deposit money directly onto the card for use at various on-campus locations.

You can add Eagle Dollars at any PHIL machine on campus or online at your convenience.

Online Deposit

  • Log in to MyCalStateLA and select GET.
  • On the student homepage, select One Card Eagle Dollars.
  • Click the Sign In button.
  • Click Add Money to your Eagle Dollars account.

Mobile App Deposit

  • Search, “Blackboard Transact Mobile eAccounts" from your mobile app store.
  • Download the, “Blackboard Transact Mobile eAccounts” app.
  • Select, “CSU Los Angeles eAccount Service Portal.”
  • Sign into your MyCalStateLA account.
  • Select "Deposit" in the service option menu.
  • Enter the amount you wish to add to your account, & select, "Make Deposit."
  • To view your Eagle$ balance, select, “Accounts” from the service option menu. Your updated balance will appear at the top of the screen.

  • Campus Bookstore
  • Starbucks
  • Food services (El Pollo Loco, Carl's Jr, Sbarro, Juice It Up!, University Club and EveryTable)

Refund Request

Contact the Golden Eagle One Card Office at (323) 343-6800 or visit us at Student Services Bldg., Room 2232 no later than 30 days after an error has occurred. An investigation will be completed within 10 business days. Any credits due to refunds or returns will be deposited back to the Eagle Dollars account. Click here to fill out an Error Resolution Form.
