Description

Author Nalo Hopkinson teaches creative writing at UC-Riverside, and speaks with great originality, passion, and wit about the intersections of race, gender, sexuality, and spirituality. She is the highly-celebrated author of six novels and two collections bridging the genres of science fiction, fantasy, and magic realism. She has won the World Fantasy Award, the Sunburst Award for Canadian Literature of the Fantastic, and the Aurora Award.
