All University merchandise and equipment orders are processed through the Distribution Center and delivered to the requesting departments, typically within 2–3 business days. Deliveries to satellite campuses may take longer, depending on shipment size. Upon receipt, departments should inspect and verify all items immediately.
For merchandise tied to a purchase order that was delivered directly, picked up from a vendor, or is pending payment, please complete the Notification of Receipt form below.
If items are damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact the Distribution Center immediately at extension 3-3745. Stop unpacking and keep all boxes and packing materials for review. If an item was misdelivered, please call the same number for assistance.
For returns:
- Amazon orders: Submit the return through your Amazon account and request a pickup directly from Amazon.
- Purchase order items: Notify the Distribution Center so we can contact the vendor.
- For all other returns: Contact the vendor directly and follow their return procedures.
