Welcome to the Rongxiang Xu College of Health and Human Services (HHS) Advising Center. Your education matters to us! Our job is to ensure you're equipped to soar by providing access to advisors who can assist you with the tools and resources you need to graduate in a timely manner.

Navigate LA (detailed instructions on how to schedule your appointment). If you attend in person, please check in at the front desk in Fine Arts 235 (2nd Floor).
If you are a freshman or sophomore, you can schedule an appointment with your assigned advisor! What a great way to build a connection. To find your assigned Academic Advisor, log into Navigate LA on the main homepage, scroll down, and on the right-hand side, under “Your Success Team,” you will see the name of your assigned Academic Advisor.
30-minute appointments

- Assistance with course planning and with the Degree Planner tool
- Changing Major
Our 30-minute appointment times are Monday-Friday from 8:30 A.M.- 5 P.M.
Drop-in Sessions
Services

- 15-minute session
- Designed for quick questions
- First-come-first-serve basis
- No appointment is needed
- Meet with the first available advisor
*The last student seen in drop-ins must check in 15 minutes before the end of the drop-in hours.

Friday: No drop-ins
