Behavior Analysis is a rapidly growing field. Competence in the helping professions requires continuous skill enhancement. The Division of Special Education and Counseling offers a postbaccalaureate credit certificate program designed to provide practitioners, such as school psychologists, counselors, resource and program specialists, administrators, and others who work with students and teachers, the opportunity to develop specialized skills to function as Behavior Intervention Case Managers. Those who complete this program will develop specialized skills for designing, implementing and evaluating applied behavior analysis programs in behavior management, motivation, teaching and consultation. It also helps to prepare students for the National Certification Exam in Behavior Analysis.
