Operation Gratitude is an opportunity to express your appreciation for all who serve our nation. Write words of support and encouragement on customized postcards that will be delivered to deployed service members.
Wednesday, November 6
U.S. Marine Corps Recognition Day
2 – 3 p.m.
Veterans Resource Center (KH-D147)
Join us in celebrating the United States Marines' 244th birthday. Theme movies will be playing on our TV screen. Cake and drinks will be provided.
Thursday, November 7
Veterans Day Ceremony & Reception
12:15 – 2 p.m.
U-SU Plaza
Join us at our annual Veterans Day Ceremony in honor of the brave men and women who have served in our Armed Forces. Military vehicles will be on static display. A small reception will follow the ceremony.
Friday, November 8
Vet Net Ally Awareness Seminar
10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Community Room-Library North B131
This seminar is an education and awareness program designed to develop a network of campus supporters committed to creating a welcoming and understanding environment for military-connected students at Cal State LA. Meet and hear from student veterans during a panel session.
