Showcase Veterans Resource Center (VRC) services and introduce staff for further assistance. Create trust and bond for healthy attitudes toward university and VRC services.
Data analysis helped the VRC optimize its services, provide services more efficiently, maximize student connection, and make more strategically-guided decisions to better service our military-connected students.
The VRC is conducting more surveys through in-person questionnaires or by phone.
In addition, we plan on conducting focus groups and one-on-one interviews to better gauge student needs and provide a channel for them to voice their needs.
