EMERITI ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FORM

If you are a current or previous member of the Emeriti Association and wish to renew your annual membership or upgrade to become a life member, please complete the information below.

Once you click submit, you will receive an email confirmation of your submission. Please print that email and mail it with your check payable to the Cal State LA Emeriti Association:

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Please select the application that you are eligible for:

Regular membership is open to all faculty members or administrative officers who have been granted emeritus status by the University President.

Associate membership is open to individuals in the following categories:

  • Retired Cal State LA faculty members or academic administrative officers who are not eligible for regular membership, upon nomination by at least two members of the Executive Committee and approval by the Executive Committee.
  • Surviving spouses of deceased life members.
  • Retired Cal State LA staff who have worked at least ten years in areas related to academic affairs, upon nomination by at least two members of the Executive Committee and approval by the Executive Committee.
  • If renewing as a Regular Member, please enter the date of being granted Emeritus status by the University President.
     
  • If renewing as an Associate Member, please type "N/A."

Note: The membership year is Jan. 1 - Dec. 31. Annual dues paid between Nov. 1 and Dec. 31 are credited for the next calendar year starting on Jan. 1. Annual dues paid before Nov. 1 are credited to the current calendar year ending on Dec. 31.
