How to Become a Member
The Emeriti Association has two types of membership.
- Regular membership is open to retired tenured faculty, librarians, counselors, coaches, lecturers, and academic administrators who have been granted Emeritus status by the University President.
- Associate membership is open to Cal State LA faculty and staff who are not eligible for regular membership, upon invitation by the Executive Committee of the Emeriti Association.
If you wish to join the Emeriti Association as a new regular member or a new associate member, click on the Emeriti Association New Membership Form button below.
If you are a current or previous member of the Emeriti Association and wish to renew your annual membership or upgrade to become a life member, click on the Emeriti Association Membership Renewal Form button below.
Please complete the online application, and mail the email confirmation with your check, payable to Cal State LA Emeriti Association, to:

Please note, the membership year is January 1 - December 31. Dues paid between October 1 and December 31 are credited for the calendar year starting the following January 1.
