Please note that areas that are classified as a laboratory or an activity space will require a hazard assessment to be completed. All hazard assessments require that there is a responsible person(s) or Principal Investigator (PI) who is in charge of the space and understands the work that in done in the area.
Hazard Assessment Process for RSS.
- Creation of hazard assessment.
- Answering hazard questionnaire.
- Submittal and hazard identification.
- Group member email notification for hazard assessment acknowledgment.
- After all members acknowledge the hazard assessment is considered complete.
