Mail Services

Mail Services supports the mailing needs of university departments, faculty, and staff. We manage the processing, delivery, and distribution of incoming, outgoing, and interoffice mail across campus. Our goal is to ensure mail moves efficiently and reaches the correct destination. This site provides the guidelines and information you need to use our services effectively.

Student mail is managed separately by Housing Services; please reach out to them for guidance.

University departments and colleges may utilize a postage payment method that allows outgoing First Class Mail (postcards, letters, and large envelopes) to maintain a uniform, professional appearance, without the need to affix individual postage to each piece. Please note that this method is used exclusively for in-house printing of outbound First Class Marketing Mail with a minimum of 200 pieces.

  • Discounted postage rates are applied, offering savings over standard pricing

  • Cost for mail-out will be billed back to the corresponding department via chargebacks
