Dr. Xiaolei Chen is currently an associate professor @ ECST and the director of the Fire Protection Administration and Technology program.
Dr. Chen received her Ph.D from the University of California, Berkeley, and her MSc from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Her educational background includes architecture, fire protection engineering, and computer-aided design.
