Veronica is the voice you hear on the other end of the line when you call. She has direct contact with students on a day-to-day basis. As a student you may already have interacted with Veronica. Veronica answers general questions regarding the major, such as clarifying departmental policy and procedures. She also processes quite a bit of your paperwork, and assists the office manager.

Zylia advises undergraduate students in Options 1, 2, 3 and 4. Zylia will review your program and assist you with any questions you have about course equivalencies from other universities and CSULA. She will assist students in their academic plans and explain university policies and procedures. She is primarily available by appointment but does have walk-in hours in the beginning and end of each quarter. Please contact Veronica Gibu for appointments or to inquire about walk-in hours.
