On Friday, January 22, Cal State LA kicked off its strategic planning efforts with a workshop attended by more than 150 faculty, staff, students, and administrators. The goal of the workshop was to begin imagining the future of Cal State LA and to start determining our collective priorities.
As staff, your input in the strategic planning process is incredibly valuable and important. We encourage you to attend the next all-staff meeting on Friday, February 19, where you will have the opportunity to participate in the strategic planning process and offer your input and vision for the future of Cal State LA.
If you are unable to attend the all-staff meeting, there will be additional opportunities to participate in the strategic planning process over the next few months, both by college and by division, in person and online.
