LOS ANGELES -- The following is a list of current Cal State L.A. baseball alumni currently on a major league or minor league baseball roster, along with classification, league and parent club. All nine of the players below hail from the greater Los Angeles area. This list does not include players competing in an independent league, although several former Golden Eagles are expected to be on an independent league roster this season. Player statistics for the 2002 season are through games of April 23. We would appreciate your including these players in your “local athlete” reports throughout the baseball season. Thank you.
