Assigning writing doesn’t always need to follow the Ronco one-and-done model. Assigning writing assignments that build upon one another or assigning components of texts that could be combined to create a larger project to help students more clearly understand disciplinary modes of writing and research. Participants who attend this workshop will discuss a set of models for assigning writing in courses.
