LSAMP Undergraduate INFORMATION UPDATE FORM  FOR CONTINUING PARTICIPANTS ONLY. Each year you remain an undergraduate student enrolled in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) major and continue to work on your first bachelor’s degree, we will request that you complete an updated information form. APPLICATION FOR CONTINUING LSAMP STUDENTS for 2023-2024. Please note that it is your responsibility to notify us immediately if any of this information changes.

Funding for the CSU-LSAMP Program is provided by the National Science Foundation, HRD-1826490 & the California State University’s Office of the Chancellor. The Cal State LA program is also supported by the colleges of NSS and ECST and the University.
