The Honors College attends Mark Steven Greenfield’s exhibition on spirituality and culture alongside our thesis and NISFEP coordinator, Sonia. Greenfield’s work deals primarily with the African American experience, and in recent years, he has focused on iconography and historical figures of the African diaspora.
Experience a vibrant bilingual production that brings to life Puerto Rican artist Luis Palés Matos’ Afro-Antillano poetry. Featuring music inspired by Puerto Rican and Cuban traditions and choreography by guest artist Patricia Lewis, a renowned Bomba dancer and singer. Presented as part of Chicanx Latinx Heritage Month.
