The purpose of this group is to have a brief, informal, and confidential conversation with students who are coming to the University Advisement Center. It is to provide support, assist with problem solving, inform students regarding services that are offered at the Counseling, and Psychological Services on campus, and facilitate referral to other resources.

Format: In-person, monthly (3/11, 4/8, and 5/6)

A 4-week workshop series based on current dietary and physical guidelines led by our Registered Dietitian with special guests!
All workshops are available virtually and in person. Students who attend all 4 sessions will be entered into a raffle to win an air fryer!
