Description
"The Russian Revolution and Social Justice Today" is a part of a series of panels exploring the Russion Revolution of 1917 and its impact on global social justice. Speakers will include Cal State LA history professor and chair Mark Wild, sociology professor Gabriela Fried-Amilivia and history professor Christopher Endy. The series, sponsored by the Departments of History, Sociology and Latin American Studies, is being presented in conjunction with the "Revolutionizing the World: The Russian Revolution at Its Centenary, 1917-2017" exhibition being shown this month in the Fine Arts Gallery.
