Exploring Careers Outside the “Model Minority Myth”

Students will engage in holistic discussions on what career paths they want to pursue and how this can be influenced by internal factors (their strengths, interests, values) as well as external factors (model minority myth, family expectations, etc.). Regardless of what careers students want to pursue, this workshop will give students the time and space to articulate why they are interested in these fields and how their skills can be applied in these environments.
