Malaya LA and Gabriela LA’s “Ang Masa (The People)” exhibit, featuring Victor Velasco’s “Golden Years: Weighing Philippine Martial Law 1972-1981” and Carmela Prudencio's "Images of Resistance." Long before 2022’s Philippine presidential election, decades of calculated disinformation had already permeated Philippine politics, resulting in the return of the dictator Marcos’ family to power.
