The Team Achievement Award commends a group of employees whose collaborative efforts have resulted in exceptional outcomes or advancements on a specific project or initiative. This award honors the collective power of teamwork, recognizing that when we work together with a shared purpose, we can drive significant progress for Cal State LA.
At this university, we recognize that our greatest milestones are reached through the combined talents of our employees.
The recipients of the Team Achievement Award for the fiscal year 2025-2026 (July 2025 - June 2026) will be announced during the Employee Recognition and Service Awards Celebration on Friday, September 4, 2026. All active staff, confidential, management (MPP) employees of the University, University Auxiliary Services, Inc., the University-Student Union, and Associated Students, Inc., Tenured and Tenure Track Faculty, and lecturers are eligible for nomination. Temporary staff are not eligible. Self-nominations will not be accepted.
To be considered for this honor, the nominated group must consist of 3 to 7 employees who have demonstrated a sustained commitment to working together toward a common goal during FY 2025-2026 (July 2025 - June 2026). Using the criteria below as guidelines, please provide any specific activities in which the nominees had participated, as well as why you feel this group should receive the Team Achievement Award for 2025-2026. Please provide as many details as possible. There is no limit to the number of people who may nominate an employee.
All nominations must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2026.
