Project CIELO is funded by the Department of Education's Office of Special Education Programs and will fund 20 bilingual graduate level Early Childhood Special Education credential and Speech Language Pathology scholars to engage in ongoing interdisciplinary applied learning activities and community of practice seminars to enhance collaboration skills and culturally-informed practice for English language learners to increase the number of highly qualified bilingual special education service providers to serve young children in high need schools in Los Angeles County.
