EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION OF STUDENT ASSISTANTS
Employment verification requests for students employed under a student assistant position must be faxed, mailed, or emailed. Our fax number is 323-343-3649. Our email is [email protected].
Requests should include a signed authorization to release employment information by the candidate. Please include the candidate’s full name, last four digits of the Social Security Number, date of birth, and other names, if applicable.
The investigating agency should also include their name, address, phone and fax number and website.
Student employees/former student employees may submit a request for employment verification using our Employment Verification Release Form.
