Azalea Camacho, MLIS, is a Los Angeles native and an archivist who is committed to using primary sources to inspire creativity and curiosity. She is committed to preserving and acquiring new collections and presenting them to the public in innovative ways.

Ms. Camacho is the University Library Archivist and the Head of Special Collections & Archives at Cal State LA. She has made great strides to process collections, develop and implement policies and procedures, and oversee the digitization initiative for special collections and archival materials. She is a member of the Society of American Archivists and the Society of California Archivists. She holds a Master of Library and Information Science with a concentration in Archival Studies from San Jose State University and Bachelor of Science in Communications, Journalism from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. Ms. Camacho has six years experience as a professional archivist working with Special Collections & Archives in academic institutions.

Holly Yu, MLIS, is the Electronic Resources Coordinator and Instruction/Reference Librarian at the University Library, California State University, Los Angeles. She is responsible for providing overall management of all aspects of library electronic resources, including selection, budgeting, contracts, implementation, authentication, access, and maintenance. She also provides library instruction and reference service to students and faculty. She is editor of Content and Workflow Management for Library Web Sites: Case Studies (2005), and co-editor of Electronic Resource Management in Libraries: Research and Practice (2008).  She is active on American Library Association (ALA) and Library Information Technology Association (LITA). Currently she serves on ALA Digital Content Working Group (DCWG), responsible for advising ALA regarding opportunities and issues related to libraries and digital content. Ms. Yu holds a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Western Ontario, Canada, and Bachelor of Arts in History from Nanjing University, China.

Ms. Jamie Zeffery is the Digitization Projects Assistant in the Special Collections & Archives at Cal State LA, where she implements and manages all digital projects. In one capacity or another, she has been working in libraries for the past 12 years, before joining the team at Cal State LA in 2016. Ms. Zeffery received her BA in Art History from California State University, San Bernardino with a Museum Studies certificate (2015). She is currently working on her MLIS from San Jose State University, with an emphasis in digital archives and special collections. She is dedicated to making the stories collected by this project accessible to as many people as possible, in addition to laying the groundwork for the successful ingestion of new oral histories for many years to come.
