Theme: "Finding your Flow: Mindfulness and Well-being"

Our 8th Annual Mental and Behavioral Health Conference seeks to highlight and promote strategies for mindfulness and well-being in helping professionals and beyond. Some topics of relevance include but are not limited to:

-Burnout and compassion fatigue

-Meditation and yoga practices

-Social Justice and LGBTQIA

-Self-care in any form

-Identity and resolving past trauma

-Screening and intervening for well-being

-Trauma-informed care

The intended audience for this conference is educators, students, and professionals in the areas of education, psychology, behavior analysis, counseling, and mental and behavioral health, including direct support professionals. We invite submissions for proposed posters, symposiums, and workshops from those working and practicing in the interdisciplinary fields of counseling, psychology, and education.
