The form below can be used to request a GMAT Fee waiver for either the Online Exam or the Test Center (in-person) exam for Current or Alumni Students from Cal State LA. Fee Waiver codes are limited in number, and not guaranteed once they are finished for the year. Only ONE request per student, per year, will be reviewed.
