TAD/MFA in TVFT Students - How to reserve rehearsal space
Email your rehearsal space request to [email protected], include:
- First and last name
- TAD or TVFT Class for which you are doing project / Instructor
- Day, Time you would like to reserve
- Desired room
You will receive back an email either confirming your space or with information regarding your request.
Space will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Rooms that are available for use are: MUS 101 (Arena), MUS 115, and MUS 214
If there is no space available, we will try to make alternate suggestions.
Rehearsal spaces can be reserved in up to 90 minute blocks.
Requests must be sent at least 24 hours in advance and before 6pm on Fridays if requesting space on the following Monday.
Request example:
John Lennon, TA 1420 Acting II, requesting Music 115 on Monday January 29that 2pm-3:30pm
Students - How to reserve project materials
In order to borrow any props, set pieces, and/or costumes email [email protected] to make an appointment.
When scheduling an appointment include your name, class, and a brief summary of what you are looking for; the department may not have or be able to lend you what you seek and it is just easier if we know in advance.
**Students cannot borrow any type of weaponry – this includes guns, swords, knives.
Example Request:
Amy Poehler and Tina Fey would like to schedule an appointment on Monday January 30that 12:30pm to borrow props and costumes for TVFT 5124 Acting Studio II. We need two chairs of any style and a men’s overcoat.
