Finance

The Minor in Finance is for non-finance majors and can be tailored to position students for a number of finance careers. The Minor requires the completion of 15 semester units (FIN3030 may be counted), though an additional course in corporate accounting and in statistics may be required. All courses must be completed before completing major degree requirements

Real Estate

The Minor in Real-Estate is for non-Real Estate majors, positions them for a broad variety of real estate careers, and is structured so to meet the requirements to sit for the California Real Estate Salesperson Exam and the degree requirements for the California Real Estate Brokers Exam. The Minor requires the completion of 15 semester units (FIN 3030 may be counted), and has no prerequisites, though an additional course in corporate accounting may be required if one wishes to take Real Estate Finance. (All courses must be completed before completing major degree requirements)
