The Global Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, located within the College of Business and Economics at Cal State L.A., hosts a variety of programs and events designed to teach students the skills needed to become successful entrepreneurs.

Global Entrepreneurship Week
One week each November, the Center participates in Global Entrepreneurship Week, an event designed to help students explore their potential as self-starters and innovators. Through various events on campus students connect with potential collaborators, mentors and even investors—introducing them to new possibilities and exciting opportunities.
Startup Weekend 2014
Startup Weekend at Cal State L.A., Nov. 21-23, 2014, is a 54-hour intensive experience where participants learn the basics of starting and launching a successful venture. Students from all disciplines are encouraged to join in this grassroots movement. Meet experienced entrepreneurs who will coach and mentor you through this exiting event.
