Career Center
While Cal State L.A. is one of the most affordable universities in the area, you still may need a job.
So if you are on the hunt for a job, then the Career Development Center is a great place to start. I work in my family's business, but I've used the Career Center to get information on business opportunities and gone to workshops about interviewing and building your resume. I've also had friends who got on-campus jobs and found internships through the center. It's a really helpful place.
