Description
To assist Cal State LA students who are experiencing romantic relationship distress. The group is designed to be a safe place for students to express their emotions, challenges, questions or may need support navigating the world of dating and relationships. It is supportive and many topics are to be discussed along with providing psycho-education on relationships, boundaries, healthy communication, emotional expression, love languages, and managing heartbreak.
