The Veterans Resource Center's services and events align with Cal State LA's community engagement domain by fostering a sense of pride and belonging among student veterans. These initiatives provide meaningful opportunities for veterans to connect, engage civically, and contribute positively to the university community.
Student veterans will engage in community activities and make a positive impact on our city, state, nation, and world.
The survey was sent to over 400 military-connected students at the end of the spring semester, with 34 responses. Despite the low response rate, the feedback is valuable for identifying areas for improvement and addressing concerns in the Veterans Resource Center.
The Veterans Resource Center will work to address the areas of improvement student respondents shared in order to enhance their expriences with our programs, resources, and services.
