Software Request for Faculty and Staff University Computers

All university computers supported by Information Technology Services (ITS) are pre-installed with standard software. Additionally, faculty and staff can request to have specialized software or newer versions of software installed on their university-issued computer.

How to Request Software

Faculty and staff can request software for their university-issued computer by submitting a software request form. To access the form, you need to log in to ServiceNow with your MyCalStateLA ID account.
