Field Education plays an integral role in the total curriculum for social work students. The experience offers an opportunity for students to integrate and apply theoretical knowledge and social work practice. In addition, students may demonstrate intervention skills in a community agency setting under the supervision of a qualified field instructor. The field work experience is designed to provide new and challenging experiences to the students and to maximize learning opportunities.
