Camerata:
The Los Angeles Symphonic Camerata, an organization of young, professional musicians, was established in 1997 through the cooperative efforts of the International Institute of Music Los Angeles and the Cal State L.A. School of Arts and Letters. A professional ensemble in residence at Cal State L.A., makes its performance home in the state-of-the-art Luckman Theatre. The Camerata provides a variety of experiences that enhance the prospects of its instrumentalists competing successfully for positions in major symphonic ensembles.
