Experience Halloween at
Cal State L.A.'’s Haunted Union Maze

Los Angeles, CA – Experience scenes of horror at the Haunted Union Maze at Cal State L.A.’s University-Student Union and Free Speech Area on Friday, October 24, starting at 6 p.m. You can win fun prizes at the game booths or visit the palm reader and romance card reader as they look into your future. The Haunted Union Maze tickets are free for Cal State L.A. students, staff, faculty, and children under the age of 12. CSULA alumni and non-Cal State L.A. students can purchase tickets for $1 each. Tickets are available at the University-Student Union Information Desk.

Stuart Fischoff
Professor of Psychology; Ph.D., New School For Social Research
Over the past year, Dr. Fischoff and students in his media lab have completed a study analyzing people’s choices of the scariest movies and favorite movie monsters. Dr. Fischoff is a media psychologist and past president of the media division of the American Psychological Association. He conducts research in the impact of film and television on audiences, ethnic/racial/gender/age differences in reactions to film, and frequently appears in local, national, and international print and electronic media discussing the impact of the mass media on individuals and society. He is also a specialist in forensic psychology with particular emphasis on serial and mass murderers.
